The X Rocker Pro Advanced is the newest gaming chair that we have reviewed, and it is the upgraded version of the X-Rocker Pro. Similar to its predecessor it has comfy arm rests for those long gaming sessions, as well as being padded to provide extra support.
Compatible with all gaming consoles like the xbox 360, nintendo wii, playstation 2/3, as well as all MP3 players, the TV and DVD players. The great thing about gaming chairs, is that you dont only have to use them for gaming, but can use them just to listen to music or watch movies.

Sound quality is excellent with an ultra-powered subwoofer and stereo surround sound. Another excellent feature of the X-rocker pro advanced chair is the vibration unit - this will add that extra element to your gaming experience, as you feel every bang and shot.
The XRocker Pro Advanced is covered in leather like material that is comfortable and cleans easy. The cushion is soft and the curved style of the chair makes it very comfortable. Of course the chair also folds for storage.

The Pro Advanced X Rocker is wireless, measures 94cm x 62.5cm x 81cm when assembled and weighs 25kg.

The X Rocker Pro is one of the newest gaming chairs on the market, and it really is a beauty.
The X-Rocker Pro is a wireles gaming chair, and can beam info across 25 feet to the TV. It is compatible with the most popular gaming consoles like the XBOX, PS2, PS3 and wii, as well as compatible with TV, MP3 players and DVD players.

The XRocker Pro has a curved design, making it extremely comfortable during long hours of play, and the arm rests add that extra level of comfort. It is also one of the largest gaming chairs currently on the market. It has a powerful sub-woofer, crystal clear stereo surround speakers, and new enhanced built-in vibration unit, so you get the ‘feel’ every  shot, bunch and crash.

When fully set up the X-Rocker Pro has the following dimensions: 94cm x 62.5cm x 81cm and weighs 25kg. It is however completely foldable for easy storage.

The SlouchPod Interactive XT is the flagship gaming chair from SlouchPod. It is basically a pimped-out beanbag, and it looks absolutely awesome. The slouchpod is filled with polystyrene beads, which means it will actually mould itself to the shape of your body to give you optimal comfort while playing and chilling.

The Slouch Pod comes in a wide range of colours, namely red, black, lilac, pink, cream and silver. (see pictures of the colours here)

Compatible with all gaming consoles, the slouchpod is mainly a gaming chair, but due to its unique design and looks, makes the perfect chill out chair for listening to music and watching movies.

It is quite expensive compared to the typical sound rockers and other pyramat chairs, but this is due to its completely unique look and design and its exclusivity. You do not see many of these around.
These are highly recommended, and really have that wow factor.

The xrocker evolution has a wireless sound connection and is compatible with all gaming consoles, such as the xbox, nintendo, playstation etc. It will also work with your TV, dvd, stereo and mp3 players. There is reasonable sound quality and the evolution is above normal for comfort.

Personally we’d rather go for the pm1900 cobra, but that is just because we like the firey red colour.

The cyberrocker is also relatively in-expensive, compared to some of the more advanced gaming chairs, like the Pm450 and the xrocker recliner. As a result of this low cost, the cyberrocker is’nt the most advanced gaming chair avaliable, but definitely suits the needs of the beginner to starter-intermediate gamer.

It is fully compatible with all gaming consoles, such as the xbox, playstation, nintendo, as well as TV, dvd and stereo systems.
The Cyberrocker does not have rechargeable batteries and it not wireless, which is fairly standard for this range of gamer chair. However it is foldable, which makes storage that much easier.

The Price of the Cyberrocker is a respectable £79 from Amazon.

One of the greatest things about this gaming chair, is that it has vibration alerts. This means that the chair vibrates during key experiences in the game. For example, when grenades go off in Call of Duty 4. Very cool. This will add a whole new experience to your gaming. It even has a cup holder for added coolness. It is also often referred to as the Renegade Gaming Chair.

UPDATE: We have had customer reports that this gaming chair often experiences problems with the vibrations and sound. In light of this we recommend the following gaming chairs in a similar price range:

Of course the commander gaming chair is compatible with all gaming consoles, MP3 players and TV/DVD. It is however not compatible when using an HDMI cable. This gaming chair is on offer exclusively from Argos and so has often been called the Argos Gaming Chair.
