    What Games can I use gaming chairs with?

    You can use gaming chairs with almost any game. This includes any games for the xbox and playstation. For PC games, you should rather get the PC Gaming Chair, as the other sound rockers will be too low for you to play, especially if you have your PC on a desk (which most of us do).

    how do i connect s2500w to xbox as there is no connection on the xbox for white and yellow leads to fix into. only have usb ports to connect to and no usb port on gaming chair

    You will need to connect the s2500w pyramat to your xbox via an intermediary device like your TV. If your video game console has a coaxial cable instead of an RCA audio cable, then use the instructions provided by the video game console’s manufacturer to hook up the video game console through an intermediary device (such as a TV, DVD, VCR, satellite receiver, etc.). Your intermediary device must have both a coaxial input jack (the standard jack for cable TV) and an RCA audio output jack, or you can purchase an RCA replacement cable directly from the console manufacturer.
    Then follow the audio/video device connection instructions below to connect your Sound Rocker.

    are there any gaming chairs compatable with the wii gaming consol

    Yes, almost all of the gaming chairs are compatible with the wii. It does of course depend on the game(s) you are playing as some nintendo wii games require you to stand up and jump around. But for sitting games, I would recommend the PM 1900, the S2500W and the PM450-WR

    Hi, I'm looking to buy a chair but have no idea which one to go for. I have a PS3 but have read that some chairs are not conpatiable with HDMI. If this is the case which ones should I look at? Many Thanks Ainsley

    Almost all pyramat gaming chairs work with PS3's. It actually depends more upon your budget than anything else. Our recommendation would be the PM420 (for £119.90), the PM1900 Cobra (for £69.95) or the Gamebag 2.1 (for £79.85).     I can completely understand your dislike of leads. The gamebag 2.1 is not wireless, so will require leads. If you really want a wireless gaming chair, then the next one up would be the PM 420. It is one of our most popular gaming chairs.

    Good question.
    The S and PM series are very similar. In fact there is a common thought that the pm1900 is the updated version of the s2000 (go figure). Yes they should be compatible with HDI

    Is the S3000W gaming chair now a discontinued line as I can't find this make on your website but a friend has one for sale and I want to know if it will meet the needs of my 6 foot 4 husband who has just got his XBOX360 set up with his wireless dongle - 37 and still gaming how sad it will have to stop when the baby comes.

    The S3000w is not necessarily a discontinued line. It is a fairly good chair. How much are they selling it for. Perhaps we can offer you a newer version for the same price.

    Hi Could you please advise what colour the 420w is, as I have just had one delivered that is mostly grey with black edging - i bought it on the understanding that it was all black, before i try and have it exchanged could you please advise whether they are all black and grey or can I get one in pure black as it shows on all images I have seen online?     Typically the PM420w is black. However this can vary from store to store. Which store did you purchase it from. The best bet would be to contact that store directly

    Is the X-rocker Evolution HDMI compatible? What is the spec for the speakers, etc, (is it as good sound quality as the Pyramat series?) Whick would you recommend. It must be wireless.

    The x rocker evolution is a good gaming chair, and it is wireless. Personally we prefer the pyramat range though

    Help! I used your site to find a PM420W. I selected Oh Wow! which lead to a website gismosgadgets.com. I phoned them up for a current price and was quoted £99 + £5 delivery so I placed an order and paid by debit card. Nothing has arrived despite being promised next day delivery last Tuesday. The website doesn't seem to exist any more and I'm worried I've been had! Do you keep a record of your best deals - it was on screen on Tuesday 9th Dec '08. Can you help?

    I have just bought a "factory return" Pyramat S2500 chair.The chair looks in brand new condition but the Pyramat logo (in orange) is flaking off. Is this common and can I get a new replacement.

    my 3000w suddenly stopped working and now i can't turn it on. it was only used for an hour!! when the power button is pressed the light for channel 5 comes on and then goes off when the power button is released. what can i do??

    The power adaptor for my S2000 sound rocker no longer works. There seems to be a design weakness where the low voltage cable enters the unit. This has caused the wire to fray which then caused the unit to short-circuit. The model number is XB57-12.0-2000, same as one mentioned earlier in the FAQs. Do you or the UK Pyramat supplier provide replacement parts, eg. faulty power adaptors ? The store where I bough thte unit (Costco) don't supply replacement parts. Cableuniverse.co.uk don't supply this part. How do I obtain this replacement part from Pyramat ?

    Is there a difference between the PM450-WR and PM450-W as the latter is a bit cheaper but doesn't appear on your website. Have some sites just omitted the 'R' at the end.

    I have a gaming chair but find it too low to sit on - I have heard there is a stand you can buy to put the chair on to raise it up a bit - does anyone know if this is true and if so if it is any good?

    I have not heard of a stand for a gaming chair. Some of the Xrockers do come with a swivel base though.

    We've cracked the collar of the power socket on our PM 420W and now, obviously, the cable doesn't fit the socket properly. Is there anything I can do? I know its our fault but we've only had it since Christmas!

    Not too sure I understand the question. The top gaming chair at the moment seems to be the PM450WR. The only thing missing from it is a vibration alert, however this can be found in the xrocker pro and the xrocker pro advanced.

    I just bought a pm420w gaming chair and it sounds really good when physically plugged in but is really quiet and has a lot of static when used wirelessly. Is there a way to fix this?

    This does seem to be an issue others have faced and it comes down to interference. Unfortunately I think it can not be improved.

    Hi, im a student studying design where im going to be building a game chair for the xbox360. I just wanted to know if it's possible to buy the speakers and electronics ect seperate from the chair? If not, could you recommend a chair that has a reasonable price?     hi ill try my best to describe my situation i have an X rocker chair my input/ouput/Ac connection inputs on the chair have been all damaged to the point where they do not work correctly because i tend to trip on the wires lol now i dont know what its called but the media hub thingy where u control the volume/sub and where u connect the wires, i was wondering if theres some whay i can replace the entire hub? P.S. they dont need to fit iniside the chair i just need something to connect my speakers and sub that are inside the chair to something so i can control the voulme and such

    hi there ,please could you let me know the model number of the x rocker pro advanced 2009?? have bought one recently but it arrived in x rocker pro box,as both the chairs look exactly the same i need to know that i have recieved the correct chair .
