   There is not really a weight restriction. However this is within reason

   Would a 6ft 4inch Man fit on it?

   Yes, the Gamebag would fit perfectly. We have smaller gamebag mini for smaller builds and children

   i bought my daughter the pyramat mini for christmas and we missplaced the instructions is there anyway we can get the instructions. thanks, DEE

   Unfortunately not, as we do not keep any manuals with us. Have you tried searching online or contacting the store you purchased the chair from?

   I have a game bag 2.1 and bought it from a friend who was moving. Do you have an instruction manual for it that I can download? It isn't working at all no sound or anything. I've checked the wires but wonder if I have a loose one within the bag maybe. Could you give me some advice please.

   I bought a game bag in December from boysstuff.co.uk as a gift but it has lost all its shape and there's not much 'bean' to the bag at all. I 'm quie annoyed by this and wondered if there is some refill padding that I can buy for it, thanks

   Hi Melissa,

   Sorry to hear about that.
   The best bet would be to contact Boysstuff directly to ask them. However I do not see why you couldnt just use typical bean bag beads which you can purchase from any beanbag company. A good one is beanbag bazaar.

   I have 2 Gamebags 2.1's both of which have suffered fom a the same failure of the ribbon cable snapping as it enters the control panel. The units are only 7 months old (purchased as Christamas presents) therefore can you answer the following questions: Would this failure be covered by warranty? If not warranty can I order replacment cables (both 3 core and 7 core)? Are you aware of this as a common cause failure? Kind regards Mike Richardson

   Hi Mike,

   We are just a reseller for the chairs and carry no stock etc. Your best bet would be to contact the store from which you purchased the gaming chair and see what they say.
